ACTION STATIONS

Engage your guests in the preparation of their meal. The following selections include an attendant and are each designed to serve 20 – 25 guests. Carving stations include baskets of silver dollar rolls and appropriate condiments.

Carved to order slow roasted a basted with Apple Cider, Brown Sugar and Champagne Vinegar. Served with Dijon Mustard and Herbed Mayonnaise.
