    Choose 2 salad selections:
    Commerce Cobb, Roasted Apple-Turkey, Trail Mix, Chicken Crunch, Zuppa House, Caesar or Spring Mix Salads.
    Then choose 2 soups:
    Roasted Red Pepper & Tomato Bisque, Broccoli Asiago, Black Bean or Pasta Fagioli. (groups of less than 20 ppl; one soup selection only)
    Served with Fresh cut fruit & honey vanilla yogurt dressing for dessert.

    A variety of wraps on Spinach, Tomato and Garlic tortillas. Buffet consists of:
    Italian w/ ham, pepperoni, banana peppers, lettuce and roasted red pepper pesto.
    Roasted Turkey w/ spinach, roasted red pepper and sundried tomato cream cheese.
    Vegetarian Wrap with cranberry cream cheese, pecans, roasted apples, cucumber, carrots, sunflower kernels & spring mix greens.

  • The Nap-Town Deli Platter

    Ample trays of medium rare roast beef, fresh roasted turkey breast, deli style ham and Zuppa chicken salad served with a variety of bread, cheeses and condiments for a “make your own” spread. Herbed mayonnaise, yellow and spicy mustard are served on the side.

    *A $12 set up/break down charge is added to all hot buffets.
    *Buffets for more than 40 guests require an attendant and will incur additional labor charges.

    *All hot lunch buffets are served with chef’s choice dessert.
